Term & Condition

By booking services from Band Baja Annapurna, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed at least 7 days in advance.

  • A minimum 30% deposit is required to secure the date. The remaining balance must be paid at least 1 day before the event unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or digital wallet.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the advance payment.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.

  • In case of unforeseen natural disasters or emergencies, bookings may be rescheduled without penalty.

3. Service Coverage & Duration

  • Services will be provided only within the agreed time frame and location as mentioned during booking.

  • Additional charges may apply if the event exceeds the allotted time or requires travel outside Kathmandu Valley.

  • Any last-minute requests for extra services (e.g., DJ, umbrella, or additional instruments) are subject to availability and extra fees.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Our performers maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times. We expect clients and their guests to behave likewise.

  • We reserve the right to withdraw services if our team faces abuse, intoxicated behavior, or unsafe conditions.

5. Use of Photos/Videos

  • Band Baja Annapurna may use photos or videos taken during events for promotional purposes on our website or social media.

  • Clients who do not consent must inform us in writing before the event.

6. Equipment & Responsibility

  • All musical instruments and equipment are the property of Band Baja Annapurna.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe environment for our team and equipment. Damage caused by negligence will be charged accordingly.

7. Changes to Services

  • Any changes to your original booking (e.g., timing, number of musicians, or location) must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

  • We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
